The Three Parts of a JWT
A JWT separates parts with dots (header.payload.signature):
1Header: Specifies the hashing algorithm (e.g. HS256).
2Payload: JSON claims containing user ID, role, and expiration timestamp.
3Signature: Cryptographic HMAC verification hash preventing tampering.
